🧡Plan error problem
DFX AI fully automatic trading robot has powerful functions. However, sometimes when the market price fluctuates abnormally, inputting extreme values when adjusting parameters may cause the robot to misinterpret. Several common problems and solutions are described below:
The plan closes the order because the order does not meet the minimum transaction accuracy due to the change of the currency price.
This situation may occur when the total investment amount of the order is allocated to the grid pending order or a large amount of idle funds have been withdrawn (withdrawing profit function). System shutdown. Don't worry, the system will keep all your current holdings after closing the order. You can start a new order again.
Stuck for more than 30 minutes when starting or stopping the DFX AI.
This situation may happen when you open/stop the plan order, and the currency price fluctuates instantaneously so that the system cannot place a limit order in the market immediately. You can wait for 1 hour to observe whether the order is being processed continuously. Or you can contact customer service and provide us your DFX AI account mailbox/mobile phone and a screenshot of the order screen. The customer service team will solve it for you as soon as possible.
